    Retained executive search covers the full process from briefing to placement. Talent Discovery comes in three tiers — FIND, MATCH, or HIRE — so you can engage us at the depth you need. We can carry a search all the way through negotiations and contract signature, or simply help you expand your reach and visibility.

    LEADERSHIP MANDATE DIAGNOSTIC
    The Leadership Mandate Diagnostic is a pre-search pressure-test of the role. It takes the form of a structured conversation between INGA Talent and the client to interrogate whether the role as written is the role that actually needs to be filled.

    LEADERSHIP INTEGRATION SUPPORT
    Leadership Integration Support keeps INGA Talent engaged after the search closes. We work with the placed leader and the hiring organisation through the critical early months. We identify friction early, before it becomes a performance issue. We help the new leader navigate the stakeholder landscape they have inherited. We give the hiring organisationan honest read on how integration is progressing from someone who knows both parties well.

    FRACTIONAL OPERATIONS
    Fractional Operations places an experienced practitioner inside the function for the duration of the search. We offer fractional support across Finance, Executive, Operations, and HR. Embedded. HR engagements are delivered through our partner Tai Talent Matters, Nairobi; all others through our network of specialist consultants.
